You are invited to a free session delivered by BARI where you will learn about Poole Harbour’s incredible wildlife, from almost unbelievable bird migrations to the amazing habitats that make the harbour so special.

As local enthusiasts who love the area, we hope you will join us and become an ambassador so we can all enjoy adventures knowing we’re helping keep our wildlife safe too.

This session will introduce you to some amazing Poole Harbour bird species and their epic migrations across the globe, we will explore the ecology and habitats of the harbour with specific focus on the areas you use most. By the end of the session you’ll be able to identify key bird species and habitats that will not only allow you to enjoy your outings to the fullest, but will also help you to act in a responsible and sustainable way when exploring the harbour.
