Last week the UHP team took a trip to Canford Park SANG along with some of our partners. We were given a guided tour of Phase 2 of the Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace which has recently opened. This extends the existing area, meaning more space for visitors.
We enjoyed a circular walk of the site, taking in the variety of areas to explore: open green spaces, tree-lined paths and riverside walks.
The dipping pond will make dogs happy while the coffee spot and play park make it an enjoyable place for humans!
We were all in agreement that it is a great greenspace and is well worth a visit.
