Lisa and Amy from our education team had a brilliant and very busy day on Sunday 12 March at the Family Science Day, part of the Dorchester Science Festival.
They explained all about our heathlands, this unique habitat and all the wonderful wildlife that calls it home.
This is the second year running that the Family Science Day has been held in Dorset Museum, and it’s proving a great event. The Dorchester Science Festival is programmed as part of national British Science Week to celebrate science, technology, engineering and maths.
