A free volunteer-led walk designed to improve your health, to help you establish a regular exercise routine.
A great opportunity to get out in the fresh air and meet new friends whilst following the quiet footpaths through the park and forest.
Led by trained volunteer Health Walk Leaders, these free walks run every week to help you establish a regular exercise routine.
Ideal for beginners. There is no need to book for these walks, just turn up. Please meet at the totem pole (close to the Moors Valley Cycle Hire Centre)
Sorry, no dogs except assistance dogs.
Please note: all participants will be required to complete a short health questionnaire before they take part in their first activity.
