As part of its work supporting over 70 different local charities, the pupils and staff at Canford School have been helping the Dorset Dogs team in their outreach work.
Every Monday over the course of a term the students have been meeting to put together Dorset Dogs goody bags. Each bag includes information about the work of Dorset Dogs, the Doggy Do Code and leaflets on great dog walking areas in Dorset.
These outreach resources provide valuable information that help to protect the heathlands and their wildlife, such as the ground nesting birds at this time of year, whilst promoting responsible dog ownership.
The students have worked incredibly hard on this project and a huge thanks goes out to them from everyone at Dorset Dogs.
