BCP Heath Warden Volunteers

Change to original task.

This task is now sand patching for sand lizards and other wildlife on Canford Heath, on the area burnt by the fire in late April. Sand lizards should recolonise the area as the habitat improves, and it will create good habitat for burrowing solitary bees and wasps. These areas will be monitored long term, as the surrounding vegetation recovers from the fire.

Please park along Culliford Crescent, BH17 9EP and meet by Gate 1 at 10 am.
